This class is ran by Champion kickboxer Paul “Flashfoot” Ellis. The class is a combination of punching, kicking, music, sweat, and plenty of fun! Kickboxing is more than a great workout, it also helps relieve stress and boost confidence. Join us and burn over 600 calories an hour!
